Steps to Flash Firmware Using CH341A Programmer

1. Power off and disconnect the printer.
2. Disassemble the printer and remove the logic board.
3. Locate and carefully remove the U7 firmware chip from the logic board.(Use appropriate tools and ESD precautions.)
4. Connect the U7 chip to the CH341A programmer.
5. Open the CH341A Programmer software on your PC.
6. Identify the chip model (SmartChip) in the software.(Ensure correct selection to avoid flashing errors.)
7. Load the downloaded BIN firmware file.
8. Click “Write” or “Program” to flash the firmware onto the chip.
9. Once complete, verify the write operation, then reattach the chip to the logic board.
10. Reassemble the printer and power it on.
